We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ultimately contributing to client retention and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their evolving business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings (both in-person and virtual) to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Act as an advocate for client needs within Setib, ensuring internal teams are aligned with client expectations.
Foster long-term partnerships with clients, positioning Setib as a valuable and strategic partner.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Setib's range of services within existing client accounts.
Develop and present proposals for additional services that align with client needs and business goals.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to strategize on account growth initiatives.
Stay informed about Setib's new service offerings and their potential value to existing clients.
Work closely with the project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of Setib's services for client accounts.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
Assist in resolving any project-related issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Gather client feedback on project delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Understand the contractual agreements and financial aspects of assigned client accounts.
Track client satisfaction metrics and identify trends.
Collaborate with the billing department on invoicing and payment processes.
Provide regular reports on account status, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific challenges and opportunities within clients' industries in Jamaica.
Share relevant market insights with internal teams to inform service development and client strategies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, client relationship management, or a related customer-facing role.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into potential solutions.
Experience in identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
A proactive and client-centric approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
